Case Study — F&B Operator, Klang Valley

Challenge

A four-outlet food and beverage operator wanted to approach potential franchise partners but had no documentation of how their concept worked. Quality at each outlet varied and the owner was not certain which variations were acceptable and which were not.

Engagement

Began with a Readiness Review, which surfaced three core areas where quality depended on specific staff rather than documented process. Following the review, the client proceeded to the Operating Model and Manual engagement. Duration: eight weeks across both engagements.

Outcome

Completed operating model covering kitchen, service and quality standards. Manual outline with draft standards across 14 process areas. Client used materials to approach two prospective partners within three months of completion.
